Bubble & Brown Bakery is the startup vision of Pastry Chef Andrew Young, and a team of foodie fanatics, determined to bring fresh, seasonal, and delightful baked goods to the communities of Salt Lake City, UT.

Founded in January of 2014, our bakery is the culmination of Chef Andrew’s 16 years of professional experience in the culinary industry. We practice classic European pastry techniques, borrowing from traditional British, French & Latin cuisine for our inspiration. We take a casual, rustic approach to our baked goods, focusing on the quality of each and every product, never settling for “just ok”. Be it a unique idea in a classic flavor, or a classic idea in a unique flavor, we enjoy the craft of baking and pastry, and are excited to share our passion with you.
